Our whole beans are on the shelves at the American Food Store for 10,900 CFA/500g bag now (in both the coffee section and the locally made section). Freshly roasted Columbian, Peruvian, and Ethiopian (natural and organic) were delivered today. Head on over and grab yourself a bag. You won't be disappointed!

Our Columbian Decaf beans are EA processed. In this natural processing method, Caffeine is extracted in a solvent derived from the fermentation of sugarcane. Not only is this a safer option, but it preserves much more of the coffee’s flavor usually producing coffee that is sweeter and has more body.

Coffee is most fresh 3-5 days after roasted, and should be used within 2-4 weeks for peak flavor (although shelf life is up to 6-9 months) . Unless you are buying from a local roaster, the best life of your coffee was likely spent on a boat rather than in your mug! Head over to the American Food Store or BulkshopDakar to get your fresh coffee today. You won't regret it!

Speciality green beans are imported from Cafe Imports in the United States.

Specialty coffee beans are roasted weekly in our high quality Mill City Roaster to ensure a fresh, high quality cup of coffee.
