Well, a month of forced vacation has turned into a year now. 🥺
We still cannot open the bar fully, as Samui simply has no new customers now.
Going to the lovely Lamai beach 🏝 every day may be boring after a while, but going to work with nothing to do and not getting paid is worse. 😞
We are looking forwards to the day when the beautiful Samui airport is open to international visitors again and we can start the party again.
In the meantime, we have taken the time to do some renovations on the HornPub bar - with a new roof, new floor, new colours and new lights! We have faith in the town and the Island.
Samui is still a fantastic destination, and we will come back strong and healthy ... when the time is right.
I know many people around the world are frustrated at not being able to take their holidays and visit us, and places like us. Stay strong, stay safe, and save up your baht and your energy for better days.
