The music video for 'Rockstar', Lisa's first under single under her own management company LLOUD, was released on LLOUD's YouTube channel this morning. It prominently features several locations in Bangkok in the backgrounds, including Yaowarat and the Oscar Theatre on Phetchaburi Road, while Lisa and her dance crew bust moves throughout this fast-paced number. Lisa showcases her singing, rapping and dancing abilities and gives a shout-out to Bangkok in the lyrics, too.

Journey into the world of self-discovery The world’s biggest exhibition, outside of China, has landed in Bangkok. Spread across 2,400m², the “Hirono Bangkok Art Exhibition And Event”, the largest of its kind, will be on display at CentralWorld Square from June 27 to July 22.

Usually the word ‘troll’ and ‘good luck’ don’t go hand-in-hand. However, Swarovski is changing that. In collaboration with Universal Products and Experiences, the sparkling brand is launching the first-ever ‘Good Luck Trolls x Swarovski’ jewellery and home collections, in time for the Good Luck Trolls to celebrate their 65th anniversary.
▪️From the rainbow of signature shades to the intricate faceting and cute details, Good Luck Trolls x Swarovski delivers irresistible feel-good vibes, symbolising positivity, and championing individuality.
▪️Spring/Summer 2024 collection includes pendant necklaces, adjustable bracelets and hoop earrings, skillfully rendered using Pointiage set crystals in hues of rose, violet, aquamarine and emerald.
▪️For the home collection, four figurines are crafted in Swarovski’s joyful house colors of blue, green, pink and yellow with crystal embellished belly buttons and necklaces, and a fifth, larger Troll with violet lacquered hair wears Millenia jewelry and is finished with an iridescent shimmer.

𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗮'𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆
Lisa, the Thai member of South Korean girl group Blackpink, just dropped a 10-second teaser of 'Rockstar'. This is her debut single as a full-fledged solo artist under her own management company LLOUD ahead of its release on Friday. It looks to be another so-called soft power moment that would very likely to go viral as it features Bangkok's Chinatown streets at night and a deserted cinema on Phetchaburi Road.
▪️Note how most of the shop signs are kept intact but the colours of a 7-Eleven is digitally altered to red and black to fit with the theme of the song.
▪️In another scene where Lisa is in front of an escalator, it has been reported that it was shot inside the said cinema.

𝗨𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Japanese fashion brand Onitsuka Tiger has launched its 2024 Autumn/Winter Yellow Collection, under the theme "Urban Winter". The looks express the essence of urban winter landscapes with a wet coating finish reminiscent of sudden thunderstorms in Tokyo.
▪️The colour palette consists of iconic yellow with metropolitan grey, black, beige and hazelnut. The unique techniques are used to shape the silhouette with a new twist throughout the entire collection. The coats, jackets, and peacoats emphasize the contrast between wide shoulders and a narrow waist with tailoring details such as tube padding and ribbing. For men, there are wide pants in extra-long or ankle-cut chino and five-pocket style, while for women there are stretchy slim-fit or oversized trousers. Micro skirts with flowing silhouettes and silk panel dresses with shiny and matte paillettes embroidery can be paired with wool socks and new creepers.
▪️The brand's first V-neck decollete with chunky high heels debuted that provide comfort and slip resistance. The collection also features innovative hybrid shoes that combine rubber soles and trekking boots, as well as a double bag made of synthetic leather with an urban shoulder strap. “Tiger Pointy” is inspired by creeper shoes featuring a sports mix design, and the "Tiger Rodeo” is a boot-style heel designed for comfort.

𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝗸𝘆𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀
The skywalk connecting MRT Pink Line (Khae Rai-Min Buri) and a parking building at Chaeng Watthana Government Complex officially opened on Friday. It looks striking in white and has a wavy design. It opens from 5.30am-midnight.

Christian Louboutin has collaborated with long-term friends, Idris and Sabrina Elba, for the 'Walk A Mile In My Shoes (WAMIMS)', capsule collection of shoes and leather goods. All of the sale proceeds from the limited-edition capsule collection will be distributed to six charities around the world. The starting point for the collection is a dedicated print that neatly incorporates the WAMIMS acronym into its colourful pattern, as a physical embodiment of the message behind the initiative. The collection itself was co-designed by the Elbas and Louboutin, who found their inspiration in the codes and colours associated with African culture. For the trio, using braided elements was also symbolic of the bond of their strong friendship. 'The three of us have such separate identities, but with Walk A Mile In My Shoes, our vision is stronger when connected, which is beautifully symbolised by the braid.”
▪️The print and braids appear on Women and Men Shoes and Leather Goods, and additional personal touches are woven into the collection throughout. The 2002SL Low men’s sneaker, introduced in the second collection, is updated with a design featuring the WAMIMS print, but its name is a reference to Idris’s personal life with the year his daughter was born and his origins in Sierra Leone. The Fatima 120 stiletto heel emphasises Louboutin’s famously confident curves with braided straps and is named after Sabrina’s sister Fatima, while her youngest sister inspired the name of the Hibaq 55, a lower-heeled shoe with straps made of multiple fine braids. The collection is available online and at select Christian Louboutin boutiques.

𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝗮𝗺
The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) recently presented models of ‘Miss Siam’, Thailand's first civil aircraft, to various aviation organisations. The plane was owned by Capt Leuan Pongsohpon, who made a solo ‘friendship flight’ to Shantou, China in 1932. Replicas were made by CAAT to commemorate the 92nd anniversary of the historic flight.

The LGBTQ+ social networking pacesetter HeeSay recently announced the launch of 'Community', a new feature designed to reinforce its commitment to fostering more diverse and open-minded online connections.
The HeeSay Community revolves around two standout sections, “Hot Picks” and “Group Chat”. In the “Hot Picks” section, users can browse, discover and sign up for nearby offline events hosted or co-hosted by HeeSay. A newly added “invitation” button within this block encourages users to invite their pals for an offline shared experience of entertainment and fun.
Additionally, people can join corresponding "Group Chat” based on displayed events to share activity updates and make new friends. This highlight of HeeSay Community aims to boost deeper connections and vibrant interactions within the LGBTQ+ cohort.
