This training is different because of who is teaching it and where it is happening.

Randall has dedicated his entire life to Yoga, occasionally risking it traveling across India to find the roots of the ancient traditions.
Which he is able to share in such an incredibly accessible and entertaining way using anything from every day examples to crazy travel stories and occasionally The Big Lebowski references.
And of course Reggae music.

Hundreds of students have taken this training in the last decade and no matter the reason why they came, the tools Randall has given them guid, support them for the rest of their lives.

Yoga is for every BODY.

Too many people think they are too old, young, big or just not flexible enough to practice Yoga.

Of course, we can teach you all the advanced asanas...

But how much does being able to do headstand help you & your students in your every day lives?
It does have benefits of course but the far bigger impact comes from breath practice.
