🪷 Backbends help Improved Posture: Regular practice of backbends can contribute to better posture by counteracting the forward bending positions such as sitting, using computers, etc.
😌 Mood Enhancement: Backbends are known to have mood-boosting effects. They can help alleviate feelings of fatigue, stress, and mild depression.
❤️ Heart Opener: The pose opens up the chest, expanding the heart center and stretching the front of the body, which can help release tension in the shoulders and upper back

Join us for the evening Hatha Yoga with Choi Yee. From 4:00 - 5:30pm.
The practice will be supported by specifically designed music for the hatha yoga class to guide our breath. This musical backdrop combines the steady rhythm of a metronome with soothing, serene sounds to guide us to drop deeper into a meditative state of mind.
This practice that will help deepen your relationship of visible physical movement with the subtle energy flow within us.

The bottom of shala is a space to hold a small group for lectures with dinner table and comfy couches. The yoga hall can hold up to 25 people.
Our space starts to come together bit by bit. Soon we’ll have a lounge area where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea before and/or after the class.

Universal Yoga is a multi-faceted system of methods that represent all the essential rules and laws of authentic yoga. Universal Yoga is about unifying all the methods and disciplines in authentic yoga that can be used for any and all individuals, and for any broad or specific goal.
The asanas class will be oriented around the idea of creating balance in all the layers of self (physical, energetic, emotional, and mental) using the three main threads of yoga practice: body, breath, and mind.
Class in Russian & English. All levels are welcome.

Glorious Flow is a intermediate Vinyasa that focuses on powerful arm balances, heart opening backbends, focus shifting inversions and detoxing spinal twists.
All levels are welcomed. Bring a towel and drinking water. We’ll get sweaty and feel like a million bucks after!

Laura’s passion for yoga, healing and the beauty of life permeate every class and space she holds.
After leaving her career in investment funds in London to find a simpler and more aligned life, she travelled around the world adding to her yoga practice, completing over 500 hours of training and crafting her teaching style.
She has taught in London, Majorca, Goa, Spain and Thailand (back where she started her yoga teacher journey many years ago!).
Inspired by a range of healing modalities, Laura brings many influences into her teaching, including song and poetry medicine. Again and again, it all comes back to the breath.
Her teaching styles include Vinyasa, Forrest Yoga, Chakra Flow, Yin and Yoga Nidra. Her love of Yogic Philosophy, Energetics, Bodywork and Fun imbue each of her classes with her unique magic.
You will leave her classes feeling nurtured, empowered, grounded and uplifted.
Since becoming a mother.
Laura has trained as a postpartum care provider and is passionate about women’s health. She holds Womens Circles, Feminine Embodiment workshops and special events to nurture Women and Mothers.
