She had a dorsal hump with axis deviation also with tip pitosis and hanging columella.

If you can see our previous post, you can obviously see that her nose seems more elevated, rotated and shorter then her actual result. That is nearly always the case because of the head laying down position during the surgery, swelling and the healing. So it is always better to wait for the actual result not judging with the operation room images.

Our result of severely overprojected and bulbous tip and dorsal hump with hanging columella and axis deviation. Our patient had nearly all deformities that one can have on the nose with breathing problems so it was a very hard case. We planned a little elevated tip than usual and managed the best possible result. ✌️
