İn this technique, a thin strip of skin is removed just above the upper lip, and the skin is pulled upwards, creating a more pronounced vermillion (the pink part of the lips). Here’s a 1st month post-op photo of my patient on whom I performed Bella Eyes®️, Medial Brow Lift & S.O.S®️ Surgery (Supraorbital Brow Shaving).In Patients with hollow upper eyes , we use two techniques, the first technique is S.O.S Surgey®️(Supraorbital Bone Shaving ) and in second technique which is our own technique, we use a fat pad transposition ( which is fat pad in the adjacent area of the upper region of the face) to reduce the hollowness. Some surgeons would use fat injection, which is using the patient’s body fat and reinjecting it intro the hollowness, which is less effective than our technique. Combining these two techniques help us reduce the hollowness in the uppe eyelid significantly.

👨‍⚕️Most of my patients ask me when the nose tip will get its normal shape , here’s the answer:

🕰️The timeline for the nose tip to achieve its final shape after rhinoplasty can vary from person to person. Generally, it takes several months to a year for the majority of swelling to subside and for the final shape of the nose tip to become apparent. 📅 However, it's important to note that each individual's healing process is unique, and factors such as the complexity of the surgery, individual healing abilities, and the techniques used can also influence the timeline.

💊In the initial weeks following rhinoplasty, there will be noticeable swelling in the nose area, including the tip. This swelling gradually diminishes over time. During the first few weeks, a significant portion of the swelling subsides, allowing you to see some initial improvements in the shape of the tip. However, it's important to remember that the healing process continues for an extended period.💪

As time passes, the remaining swelling gradually resolves, and the nose tip will continue to refine and take on its final shape. Most individuals can expect to see significant improvements by the three to six-month mark, but it may take up to a year or longer for the final shape to become fully evident.

It's crucial to have realistic expectations and to follow my post-operative instructions to optimize the healing process.
