✔️ A young lady was admitted to our clinic for rhinoplasty surgery.
✔️ Her skin was thin. Her nose was disproportionate when compared to her face with increased length and overprojection. She had a prominent hump in side aspect. The tip was under rotated with prominent ala.
✔️ These were aesthetic problems to be solved as well functional problems of septal deviation, and conchal hypertrophy with internal nasal valve insuffieciency.
✔️ Her expectation was to have a smaller nose with straight dorsum with a natural look. And she was afraid of having an artificial shape of curved dorsum with an overrotated tip.
✔️ We performed a functional septorhinoplasty to her, and aimed to improve both the shape and nasal airway.

☑️2.5-3 hours of operation duration under general anesthesia
☑️ 1 night hospital stay
☑️ 1 week stay in Istanbul after the surgery
☑️ Postoperative (after) photos were taken at the end of the first week
☑️ Healing would be complete at the end of the first year; mostly the edema will resorb in six months.

📍Direct Brow Lift and Upper Blepharoplasty surgery was performed.
📍Direct Brow Lift is an effective surgery especially for male patients to repose the sagging eyebrows over the orbital rim, whose temporal hairline is positioned backwords or for frontal bald patients.
📍The incision line is hidden in the upper border of the eybrows.

🍀She is in her mid ages and only had upper face deformities with sagging and loose upper and lower eyelid skin with lower eye bags.
