🏅 **Gymnastics Attire Reminder** 🏅

Dear gymnasts and parents,

As we continue to aim for excellence in every routine, we want to remind everyone of the importance of proper attire in gymnastics! 🌟

**1️⃣ Attire:**
- Leotards should be snug and well-fitted.
- No loose clothing is allowed.

**2️⃣ Hair:**
- All long hair, including extensions, must be securely tied back and kept away from the face. Remember, loose hair can lead to deductions during competitions!
- Please avoid using bubbles, beads, or any accessories that can become a hazard for both the gymnast and those training with them.

**3️⃣ Accessories:**
- No jewelry is allowed during practice or competitions for safety reasons.
- No chewing gum, as it poses a choking hazard.

Let’s work together to keep our training safe and our performances top-notch! 💪🤸‍♀️

• Tuesdays at 9:30 AM
• Fridays at 10:30 AM

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing community for your generous donations! We are truly grateful for your support. At this time, we kindly ask that you avoid donating water and clothes, as we have received an abundance of these items.

We are now in urgent need of medical supplies, baby items, medicines, PPE, and first aid kits. These vital items are scarce and greatly needed.

We count our lucky stars that Trinidad and Tobago were spared the wrath of Hurricane Beryl, but our Caribbean neighbors weren’t as fortunate. The destruction in Carriacou, Petite Martinique, Union Island, and nearby areas is devastating.

Inresponse, Standard Motor Supplies is coordinating a barge of relief supplies to aid these islands, and we assured them that our amazing community would step up to help.

We’re asking for donations of ANY non-perishable items to be delivered to the gym or Standard Motor Supplies.

Standard Motors is open from 8 am, and the gym is open until 7:30 pm every evening.

Please act fast—donations need to be in by Thursday as the barge departs on Friday.

Let’s come together and support our Caribbean neighbors in their time of need. Your generosity can make a world of difference. 🌟
