There are those by choice and then there are others whom may feel immovable from our lives. Think about and feel into how each of these individuals and communities play a part in your journey. How do they add to, light up, challenge, or take away from your ♥️ values?
Looking back on the past weekend, I had the beautiful opportunity to witness communities coming together based on likeminded values. Enveloped in their mindful presence, I could literally *𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭* the interconnected energy circulating in and out, and around the spaces so much so there was no you vs me, him vs her, just US - reminding me again on the power of 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.
We are all each others’ mirrors 🪞 learning about ourselves through the very experiences of our fellow sisters and brothers 👫🏻
Grateful I am 🪷

Recently, I’ve noticed many around me - clients, students & friends - have been going through 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 stuff. Be it health issues, breakups or any kind, financial struggles, sudden transitions, or death of a family member…
These are difficult, difficult life moments and without saying much, you can tell they’re hurting by their drastic weight loss, their low energy, their fragmented minds, their lack of social presence, their radio silence...
While May so happens to be mental health awareness month, our health & wellbeing should be a top priority EVERYDAY. I applaud those who courageously share their emotions & seek help, but I also know that move is not for everyone…yet.
So one helpful act we can all do today is to CHECK-IN on your people. A "𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂" alone can go a long, long way...
In case you don’t already know, i love you my friends & people! Sending your current brokenness my biggest love. ❤️🩹

Firstly, not every one “needs” to be a mother but for those who do decide to step into this role, it is truly one of the most amazing 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭 transformations out there.
Spirituality goes beyond just religion, but a deep connected sense to something bigger than ourselves. For some, to get to that knowing means treading through some deep deep mud in the form of physical, mental, emotional, relational, inner/outer challenges…

It *finally* feels like 🌸Spring🌸 - My absolute favorite time of the year! With this blooming energy in the air, I too finally feel ready to come out of my cocoon *big stretch* 🥱🙆🏻♀️🦋
It’s quite a contrasting energy compared to the past few months of winter hibernation ❄️ during which all I craved was stillness and spaciousness to just quietly *be me*
But like Anne Bradstreet so wisely framed it, without the slower, passive winter months and life’s adversities, the arrival of spring also wouldn’t be felt this pleasantly :)
