This year, there are three Presidential Fellowship Awardees: Mr. Philip Anggo Krisbiantoro from MST program, Mr. Shih-Fan Chan from BIODIV program, and Mr. Aylwin Ming Wee Lim from MM Program. They’ll present and share their research topic in the open lecture. Dr. James C. Liao, President of Academia Sinica, will join the lecture to give opening remarks. On the trip day, we will visit many places including a dessert workshop, Sanxia old street, Yingge clay workshop, and Yingge old street. During this trip, each attendee can create his/her own souvenirs, such as one hand-molding clay cup, one blue dyeing handkerchief, and one color painting clay. Additionaly, when we visit the dessert workshop, we will make our own desserts! Welcome to join this exciting event.

💼 Postdoc opportunities

The TIGP Office wants to share some information with you regarding Postdoc opportunities at TU Munich (Technical University of Munich, Germany). For students who are close to graduation and considering doing their postdoc in Munich, this would be an excellent opportunity!

TU Munich has launched a program aimed at attracting young scientists to conduct their postdocs at the university (see the link below). Prior to granting their application, selected candidates are invited to visit the university and meet potential supervisors. The best part is that the trip is completely free!

ROW (Research Opportunities Weeks) for Postdocs: The TUM Talent Factory is organizing the Research Opportunities Week for Postdocs again this year from October 9-13, 2023 in Presence in Munich. Applications are now open and can be submitted via the application portal until May 14, 2023. More information can be found here:
