Кожен рік у цей день я відчуваю і гордість, і радість за обраний шлях, але пам’ятаю і про першу дату.

Цього року Міжнародний день інтелектуальної власності присвячений жінкам в ІР. Не секрет, що жінки з давніх давен вносять в розвиток науки, освіти, технологій, створюють інноваційні рішення та продукти, і з кожним днем таких жіночих проектів більшає. Вітаю всіх причетних Міжнародним днем інтелектуальної власності і нагадую, що причетним є кожен з нас, адже інтелектуальна власність оточує нас у всьому! І це не тільки торговельні марки, але і зовнішній вигляд кожної речі, дизайн одягу, посуду, предметів інтер’єру, салону авто, це і текст до пісні, книги, статті і навіть посту, це музичні і фотографічні твори і безліч інших.

Сподіваюсь, що це буде корисно для творців та спеціалістів, які допомагають їм захищати створені об'єкти.

В цілому відповідь корелюється з реальним процесом без урахування окремих випадків та тонкощів.
Також ChatGPT ще не оцінив нашу чергову реформу і не зміг розібратися, який орган здійснює цю реєстрацію.
Але в цілому може давати поради і створити конкуренцію загальним консультаціям, які і так є безкоштовними.
