This is a ten year old girl named Nazziwa Mary she lives in one of the slum areas of Kampala, Uganda and as you can see her health is not that pleasing she is losing her body weight, she has a consistent cough and a fever, all her bones are out and she needs a serious body checkup, they even don’t have much food to eat as they have been starving for days and her mother has three kids to take care of. Her husband abandoned her due to the economy and he couldn’t bare taking care of these three children so he took off. As we pray i hope to get a good samaritan to help and take care of this needy family and to help this girl child live a better life. May God bless you all.
