Authorized civilian visitors on Army & Air Force Exchange Service installations worldwide can access the Exchange’s full range of dining options, tax-free, while directly supporting military communities.

Civilians can dine at more than 1,400 restaurants, including national brands, and more than 300 Expresses at nearly 120 Exchanges worldwide.

“The Exchange is always excited to share our dining options with all installation visitors,” said Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Rich Martinez, the Exchange’s senior enlisted advisor. “Dining at the Exchange directly supports military communities, as 100% of Exchange earnings are invested in critical Quality-of-Life programs.”
