As many of you may know The Parlor is closing June 28th. I want to thank Dominique Quinones for opening her salon and her heart to me. I am so grateful for all I have learned and your endless encouragement. The last 2 years we have been named one of the top 3 salons in Abilene. I find it fitting to join another top salon. I will be at Vendetta's Salon beginning June 29th. I'm excited for this new adventure!

Permanent purple🥳🥳🥳
Seldom can I use a permanent vivid. There are 2 reasons why.
1) They only come in deeper tones, so they aren't as vibrant and bright

2) I can't put a permanent color on pre lighten hair. It will be too damaging to the hair.

This clients natural color is close to white. I didn't have to prelighten, and she was good with a deep purple. Permanent purple will still fade more than a normal permanent color, but less than a vivid. I consider that a win in my book 📖.

I love how this short cut is sassy and classy.

I lightened this client's jet black hair to a beautiful chocolate brown. It's so important when lightening to maintain the health and integrity of the hair. I did a strand test prior to this service to ensure I could get the results she was after.

There's nothing like a good trim to make those curls bounce!
