We are in praise & prayer for Philomene Lewis and her uncle Laurent Mvondo.
While Philomene has been visiting her uncle, she came upon some heath issues of her own.
They are both in good care and joyful even in pain. We pray them through their journey back to stable health in Jesus name.
Thanks to ALL for serving unconditionally as ONE body of Christ.

We had a great time at camp! These kids were the best and hopefully built a deeper relationship with Jesus while having lots of fun.

On Day 3 we learned about Jesus being the Living Water. The kids learned about ways to filter and transport water in Mission Education. They climbed a rock wall, rode in paddle boats, and attended a Disney Variety Show. It was an amazing day!

We had a great second day at camp! The kids enjoyed The Night Market where we learned more about the culture and water shortage in Togo, West Africa.

The preschool learned about John the Baptist wearing camel hair clothes and eating honey and locusts. 🍯
The girls enjoyed the craft and snack, and the boys just wanted to escape!

Our Story
SUNDAY SERVICES:
9:00 am - Holy Grounds coffee shop, Serving breakfast and specialty coffees and drinks
10:00 am - Sunday school for all ages
11:00 am - Traditional Worship in the Sanctuary
5:30 pm - MOSAIC - Contemporary Worship (Fellowship and snack offerings from Holy Grounds beginning at 5pm)
OUR BELIEFS
Like most Christians, Disciples of Christ affirm:
Jesus Christ is the son of the Living God, and offers saving grace to all. All persons are God’s children.
Beliefs and practices usually associated with Disciples include:
Open Communion. The Lord’s Supper or Communion is celebrated in weekly worship. It is open to all who believe in Jesus Christ.
Freedom of belief. Disciples are called together around one essential of faith: belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Persons are free to follow their conscience guided by the Bible, the Holy Spirit, study and prayer, and are expected to extend that freedom to others.
Baptism by immersion. In baptism, the old self-centered life is set aside, and a new life of trust in God begins. Although Disciples practice baptism by immersion, other baptism traditions are honored.
Belief in the oneness of the church. All Christians are called to be one in Christ and to seek opportunities for common witness and service.
The ministry of believers. Both ministers and lay persons lead in worship, service and spiritual growth.
