The Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program is a vital initiative designed to connect service members with opportunities to gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships, and internships, paid for by the DoD. This program allows service members to explore career paths and build skills while still serving in the military, enhancing their transition to the civilian workforce.
Led by Cameron Wiley, USAF-Retired, this session will discuss the purpose of SkillBridge, its directives, your responsibilities as the applicant, and the application process.
