Southern Oklahoma Veterinary Center is looking for a full time Client Care Coordinator to join our team!

As a C.C.C, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Our C.C.C.’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome clients and pets who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities including scheduling appointments, processing payments and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a C.C.C, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.

Ultimately, a C.C.C’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, answer all phone calls and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities are:
Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls on a multi line system
Schedule appointments
Process payments
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Provide clear and concise communication with both clients and other staff members
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

Job Requirements
Must be proficient with computers and experienced with office equipment
Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance
Be able to follow established procedures
Have solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills
Customer service attitude
Minimum of a high school degree

Pay and benefits
Starting pay of $13-$15 per hour

It was a big day at SOVC!! After 4 long months, our girl Lucy Lou got to ring the bell and finished her last round of chemotherapy today!!! We also treated her to a pup cake from Sugar Possum's Puppy Pantry because she deserves (and gets) whatever she wants 💜 congratulations Lucy Lou 🐾
