I want to take a moment to officially announce that 2023 will be my last year working as a Makeup Artist (2023 clients, don't worry! I am not going anywhere). I have been blessed over the last 15 years and have met some incredibly amazing people...clients, fellow makeup artists, hair dressers, photographers, and many other talented professionals.

This decision didn't come lightly. However, as my children are growing and gaining interests of their own and I am finishing up my master's next spring, I felt it was a time for a shift. I want to focus on family and becoming more involved in my own interests which won't take me away from them every precious weekend.

I cannot thank you enough - all my clients over the years who entrusted me to be their makeup artist on their special day. You let me be a part of countless heart felt moments, many happy tears, and LOTS of laughs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Sunscreen is so important for healthy skin. It should not be an afterthought or used just during summer months. Incorporating sunscreen into your routine every day will help reduce your chances of getting skin cancer, protect against sunburn (and peeling!), prevent early onset of wrinkles and fine lines, avoid hyperpigmentation, and DNA damage. And remember, your makeup will only look as good as the skin underneath 😉

To all the 2021 brides, I know this year looks different and probably a bit similar to last year. Although there are still some unknowns, I am still booking weddings. I am taking extra precautions to make sure you, your wedding party, and myself are working safely together. In my years as an artist, I’ve never witnessed anything quite like this. I’ll be OK and I’m so thankful that I’m in a good position.
