💕Children can have the opportunity to pick a limited number of ‘treats’ and they can exchange them for healthier treats or non-sugary treats that are Gut-friendly with the help of the Switch Witch. 📣💞Keep in mind, long-term well-being isn’t about eliminating all ‘treats.’ It’s about recognizing the hidden ‘tricks’ and teaching your kids to develop resilience, enabling them to bounce back from any Halloween indulgences.
