 By observing so much hatred,tragedy, pain and suffering in our world right now, I can’t help but be grateful for even the simplest things in life.

For the first time in my life, I’ve allowed myself to go down the rabbit hole with feelings of grief and sadness in my life, experiencing my father and dear friend that just passed on recently. Instead of stuffing it down and putting on a fake happy face pretending I’m OK when I’m really not, I allowed myself to feel and cry.
By feeling the feelings and using my tools I’ve been taught to release the trauma on an emotional subconscious level, I am now free of holding those emotions in my cells that can cause sickness and disease.
