Potato cake with pulled pork and sour cream
Cubanelle peppers stuffed with pulled pork that my favorite made. Along with shredded cheddar cheese, wrapped with bacon and baisted with BBQ sauce, brown sugar and Tony's.
So, I "fat kid" it up tonight. Came home and I was starving.
I had Italian bread, some leftover sloppy Joe meat, hot dogs and mozzarella cheese.
Turned it into a grilled cheese!!

Tonight I made salmon on a cedar plank with a Jack Daniel's teriyaki glaze and a toasted peanut/coconut crumble for texture.
Steamed jasmine rice as the side.
It was so good.
That roasted chicken is beautiful and there's nothing than better than stuffing that cooked in the bird.
