Message: Update on Minimum Wage Increase and Pricing Adjustments

We wanted to inform you about an upcoming change that will affect our pricing structure. As you may be aware, the minimum wage in Alameda is set to increase July 1st 2023. While we believe in fair compensation for our dedicated employees, this increase in labor costs will inevitably impact our operational expenses.

In order to maintain the quality and service standards you have come to expect from us, we will need to make necessary adjustments to our prices. We understand that price changes can be concerning, and we want to assure you that we have carefully considered this decision. Our aim is to strike a balance between providing fair wages to our employees and ensuring affordability for our valued customers.

Please know that we remain committed to delivering excellent products/services and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. While prices may be adjusted, we will continue to prioritize the quality, value, and overall experience we provide.
