Made in partnership with California Caviar Company, our chef team chooses the exact white sturgeon that are harvested every year and assist in the curing process. Not many places serve caviar, and even fewer serve caviar they've had a hand in making. We know the price of an ounce of caviar can be prohibitive, so we offer small tastes so everyone can enjoy this beautiful luxury.
