The LBCC ROV team has been working pretty much non-stop over the past few weeks. Here are a few photos that show the team and the ROV at work (and after dinner at Mo's in Newport).

The LBCC ROV team has been going to MATE International competitions since 2008. Since then students have been exploring underwater volcanoes, meeting other groups of students from countries over most of the world, and gaining skills that both help them get jobs and help Oregon build a stronger economy.
This year, the team successfully received a $10,000 NASA OSGC grant for materials to build the ROV and to get us to the international competition, but we are still short $5000 for the week of housing we’ll need in Kingsport.

Hi Team. The reason I boosted a post to the Linn-Benton Community College ROV Team page, is that I am still currently the administrator. BUT, since I moved back to California, it seems inappropriate that I should be the one in charge of the page. Greg Mulder also has administrator status, and he could appoint one of the CURRENT team to be the person to actively administrate CURRENT activities of the ROV team and keep the Page up-to-date.

I would like to take myself off of the administration for the page, even though I will follow it. Please select someone to do this job. The page is a great resource and should continue to be a history of the Team's work.
