This year Accumera had the Pleasure of attending our first ever NYSSEA Conference at the beautiful Gideon Putnam Hotel in Saratoga NY. We were fortunate enough to get to know and create what we hope to be years-long partnerships with many of the EAs there.
We were happy that we could get in front of the concerns that many of the EA’s had regarding the Corporate Transparency Act BOI Reporting. We will be there for them and their clients to assist with these filings every step of the way!
If you are an EA and haven’t attended, we suggest making it out for next year’s conference. The organizers and members truly recognize and show appreciation for each other’s efforts in their field. We had a great time and will be attending again next year!

Certain types of businesses, such as restaurants, construction companies, online businesses, or even home-based businesses, may have requirements that are particularly important to understand. However, you may be unfamiliar with them. Requirements can range from a basic business license to operate within a city or county to a specific permit to sell alcohol or lottery tickets.
We discussed the most common business licenses in an earlier post, and this blog will touch on Payroll, Unemployment, and Withholding Registration.
