Families in wrongful death cases fight for law they say values human lives equally Bruce Macintyre shared the story of losing his partner due to medical negligence during her first pregnancy. He is now fighting for a new bill called the Grieving Families Act that would “permit families of wrongful death victims to recover compensation for their emotional anguish.”
