Clear hard or sharp objects away from the person.
Don't try to hold her down or stop the movements.
Place them on their side, to help keep her airway clear.

Some care-giving background (EMS, massage, home care, etc.) or teaching experience is useful, but not necessary. We can teach you to become an instructor (not for free, but very inexpensively).
