What's impressive is this particular transaction was accepted 10/31 and loan docs signed 11/1. Today we got the CTC from the bad ass w/Bay Equity. 10 damn days to get this all done, even with a holiday during that period!
My buyers get to close 13 whole days early and spend Thanksgiving in their new home because of this!
