Alhambra has long been a hub for Chinese cuisine, with a large Asian community that is very receptive to our food. Ten years ago, we opened our first location on Valley Blvd in Alhambra, and it turned out to be the perfect place to begin our journey. When we considered opening a new location, Alhambra was our natural choice again because the spirit of this city aligns so well with the identity of our restaurant. We’ve always felt fortunate to be part of this community.

We’ve been members of the Alhambra Chamber for several years, and during that time, we’ve received so much valuable information and support, especially during the renovation of our new location. Through various Chamber events and promotions, we’ve been able to attract more local customers and gain their loyalty. It’s a tremendous honor to be named “Restaurant of the Year” in a city with such a rich culinary scene. We've taken our menu to the next level by upgrading from a four-course to a five-course meal, adding our most popular snacks—cold noodles or cold bean jelly. Each dish on our menu is a customer favorite, ensuring a delectable experience with every bite. And the best part? It's still just $69- $72 for the entire menu—not per person—an incredible value!

As a result, it’s customary to enjoy tangyuan汤圆， representing togetherness. While various flavors are available today, the timeless favorite remains black sesame-filled tangyuan. A lot of people may ask us why we want to move to a new location?

Well, everything is getting an upgrade. One upgrade is the stylish design and decorations inside a more spacious and selective dining environment. We can now boast two 10-person private rooms (connectable), and an 18-person large dining table in the lobby. Add on to that booth seating which will provide more privacy for smaller groups. Our bathroom is clean and comfortable. The simple and muted colors as well as our arched door are true Sichuan characteristics, taken from architectural concepts using modern materials. Everyone that walks in will feel they've been treated to a new and improved Sichuan Impression even before ordering.

Dear customers,

We asked you what you wanted most. Now we're giving it to you. We proudly announce that we will move to new location at 235 West Main Street, Ste B, Alhambra, CA 91801 on January 18, 2023.

The first week of 2023 is coming to a close.
Yes, we are still at the original location on Valley Blvd.,
Like familiar traditions we entertain every year
That carry feelings of a time and age already hung on the shelf.
But this may be our last 2 weeks of service here.
As we expect to move to our new location on Main Street between the 15th and 18th of this month.
Although we are concentrating on the move,
We continue to serve each and every one of our customers with the same enthusiasm, as we always have at this old location.
On a happier note, our first 2023 Health Department inspection passed with flying colors, we got an A.
If you miss the familiar taste of everything here.
