Authentic Kalimantan, Singapore, Malaysia fruit salad. It is a local salad of mixed fruits that is covered in a sticky brown palm sugar sauce and garnished with chopped peanuts and finely cut of crunchy raw cucumber, pineapple, sliced sweet potato and jicama. For a good of rujak, the sauce is traditionally mixed, made up of fermented shrimp paste, palm sugar, vinegar and it must be an appetising mix of sweet, sour and spicy or not spicy. .
