We strive to enhance the quality of life to all citizens and visitors by providing a diverse recreation program for people of all ages and abilities.
We are excited to announce the launch of our Hometown Heroes Banner Program, a new initiative to honor those who have served as Veterans of the United States Armed Services (all Branches). To ensure meaningful impact and high standards during our inaugural year, banners will only be hung on the 12 Township-owned lamp poles at the SWT Municipal Building. Therefore, there are only 12 SPOTS available for 2025! APPLICATIONS become available on our website starting Nov. 8th. Our Halloween Trunk or Treat on Friday was a SPOOKTACULAR success! In addition to gorgeous weather, we had 30+ Decorated Vehicles with us giving out treats to well over 400 Trick or Treaters! Thank you all for doing such a great job keeping the line moving smoothly! We also had yummy Halloween themed menu items from J Rads Wood Fired Pizza, Grateful Dogs Food Truck, and Mon & Mel’s Sweet Scoops Ice Cream Truck! Thank you again to all those who participated, and thank you Public Works for your help with the event!
