Opening session
We’ll spend about 40 minutes getting comfortable, enjoying tea and grounding
Short writing activity and brief intros - I’d love to know your names, don’t worry, no complicated ice breakers :)
Followed by standing and stretching portion, warming up the body
Voice & sound portion
This is the seated portion where I’ll demo the shruti box (drone sound)
We’ll do breath work, practice good posture and using our voice from the belly
We’ll do a few chanting vocal exercises and a call and response together as a group
We’ll have fun with our voices!
Closing portion
Quiet time for reflection and journaling
She will offer you a meditative chant
Close out with some writing and sharing (if you wish!)

This workshop focuses on breath, movement and posture accompanied by the soothing drone sound of the Shruti box to guide our hearts and minds to open.

Hot Energizing Vinyasa Flow with Andrea Sunday 10:15a-11:15am
This class is taught in a room temperature of 95-105 degrees. Although different modifications of poses are still cued to all for all levels..this class does move at a slightly faster pace giving you a great cardio and strengthening workout while detoxing your body and releasing excess water weight.
Yoga Fundamentals with Glenn Sunday 11:30am-12:30pm
Yoga Fundamentals focuses heavily on adjusting postures while stressing the importance of form and alignment. In addition, this class provides a variety of options for each grade of a practitioner. Not limited to just beginners, the class is also suited for experienced studdents who are aiming to perfect and polish their fundamental techniques.
