This past Saturday, we had 21 POWERFUL women attend our very first Women’s Self Defense Seminar!

Especially in today’s time, for women, it is super important to be socially aware, to not be put in a vulnerable position, and to know how to defend yourself, if needed! With Professor Josh and Professor Fernanda, these are all super important topics that we went over this past Saturday!
