A good article on an issue that is often being over-diagnosed and over-treated. It can be absolutely amazing when a newborn with a significant tie gets a release done in the office and breast feeding improves immediately. That being said, there seems to be a "cottage industry" being built up around the issue and no procedure is without possible complications. Additionally, laser does not mean better, by any stretch of the imagination.

We have loved having our Sonya Pysh, but all good things must apparently end.
She will be greatly missed.

Sad to say it, but this is our going away dinner for our manager, surgery scheduler, boss, and friend Sonya Pysh. She needs to travel extensively across the Pond but her spirit will remain with us. We will miss her dearly.

Kudos to our very own Alicia Bernstein and Steven Huffman for helping out at the Special Olympics! Healthy hearing for all!

I have the most wonderful patients and staff. One of our patients brought us a King Cake from New Orleans. As luck would have it, one of my audiologists was taking the LAST bite of the LAST piece and came upon Baby Jesus. This must surely portend something good for 2023!!?! She, being a good Mother who is also properly catechized, wrapped Him in swaddling “clothes” and placed Him under her miniature Christmas tree. .
