I launched my first group coaching program in 2016 shortly after becoming a doctor. Before it was such a big “thing” on the internet. It was called Dr Sarah’s 30 Day Gut Repair + Liver Detox. I didn’t have my own practice at that time and I was working out of an ex-boyfriend’s house. I was getting my first yoga certification and traveling to barns and homes to see chiropractic clients.
Life was GOOD!!! I absolutely loved this season. I was in my zone of genius.
The relationship didn’t work out (it’s taken me some time to get “good” at those 🤷🏼♀️🫠) and I opened up my first practice.
It grew and grew and I set the online component aside as well as functional medicine because I was so busy with hands on chiropractic (turns out I’m really good at that 😉👩🏼⚕️🤲🏻 and I had to learn how to run a business (like for real for real) and manage a growing staff (like relationships that has taken me some time to master 😉).
Well here we are in 2024 and I’M FREAKING BACK BABY. Love me or hate me In here to stay and I’m ready to crush it WITH YOU 🫶🏼👊🏼✨

For years and years I wanted to bring my business online and help others from around the world. I was already a doctor with a successful wellness center but I knew that I wanted more. I wanted to reach a larger audience and help people regardless of where they lived.
I knew that my message was BIG.
But I was scared. I didn’t know what I was and “expert” in and for some reason I was scared to put myself out there despite already helping thousands of people and running a successful business.
And then….. 💩 hit the fan!
And I realized what I was an “expert” in.
But that was just the beginning. I had to journey through parts of me I hadn’t seen before and parts of me that needed to be healed.
I dove deep into my own health, spirituality, mindset ✨
All of the parts of me that “successful” Sarah was too busy to heal.
This journey revealed the expert. I realized how many women struggled with the same issues that I was facing. This was my superpower. This is how I could help so many more people!
If you’re struggling to become an “expert” that story is already within. You just need to uncover it when the time is right. You must go through the journey.
