Pediatric Healthcare Associates is proud to announce that we will be a dedicated collection location for "Easter for Eli." Our goal is to fill 40 Easter baskets to give to hospitalized children this Easter season in memory of Eli🤍

Baskets are available at our front desk. All you have to do is fill it with non-food items, mark if it's for a male or female and what age range, then drop it off at our Altoona office by March 7th, 2024. If you are able, please considering making a monetary or basket donation to brighten the day of a hospitalized child. Thank you 🐣

With impetigo going around, it's good to be aware of how to treat it! Call our office if you believe your child has impetigo.

With the weather causing most of us to head outdoors, it is important to remember tick checks! If you ever find a tick attached >36 hours or see a rash that looks like a bullseye, call us immediately so we can prevent any problems :)

Warm weather has arrived!!😎☀️ Remember sunscreen for any child 6 months and up and to re-apply regularly to decrease any risk of skin cancer and keep your little ones (and closer to grown ones!!) safe💛

Spring time allergies are among the most common allergies we see. Try some of these tricks or give us a call if you think your child might have be experiencing any of the tell tale symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery or itchy eyes, sore throat, or ongoing cough.

We will be having our electronic medical records updated this coming weekend and therefore will have no ability to send controlled substances Friday or Saturday.

If your kid will needs a refill this week, please call the office TODAY or THURSDAY in order to get your refill. Otherwise we will be back to normal, Monday.

The Holiday is almost upon us!🎄 We will still be having normal hours today, Friday, and our urgent Saturday sick call hours tomorrow morning (at our Altoona office) before heading home to spend time with our families.
