It’s time to celebrate! Merriment, our annual holiday IPA, is now available in cans!
Merriment - 7.2% IPA
Our annual holiday IPA. Brewed in the West Coast style with good barley and adequate crystal malts, and joyfully hopped with lots of Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial. Notes of good friends and caring about life, strawberry candy with strawberry wrappers, classic citrus/pine dialectics, sneaky Twizzlers, cold apple pie, a dry maltiness, and a couple smashed grapefruits.
Rejoice!

Well, at least we have some new beers…
The World Experiencer - 5.3% Pale Ale.
This West Coast style pale ale was brewed with barley and wheat and hopped with tons of Motueka and Riwaka. The Motueka and Riwaka hop combo add to the growing list of reasons why you might want to move to New Zealand.
This beer has those classic West Coast style notes of citrus and delicate pine, but really pops with lemon/lime, white grape, kumquat and tamarind, and just enough clean malt flavor to hold it all together. Really beautiful beer, everyone should be drinking more pale ales.
Poor Yorick - 3.5%
You might call Poor Yorick a dark mild, you also might not. We don’t call it much of anything aside from one of our favorites. It’s brewed with Maris Otter and a thoughtful blend of dark British malts, and gently hopped with Fuggles.
It has notes of homemade chocolate candies, a caramel apple, being close to someone drinking coffee, dried dates, a whiff of vanilla sugar, and some nice dark bread.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm.

Voting and Lager, what’s more American than that?
Dark Lager Returnsssss!
Dark Lager - 4.8%
This is a really pretty dark lager. We brewed it with our favourite German barley and a special mix of dark and roasted malts, and hopped it with the finest European hops.
We’re getting notes of baking with chocolate, grape “flavor,” a whiff of some toasted hazelnuts, classy amber lagers, and an impeccably balanced hop flavor. It goes down nice!
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm. A
Two new cans for you today!
The Visitor - 6.8% Hazy IPA.
This hazy thriller was brewed with barley, wheat, and oats; and hopped with tons of Strata and Chinook (and a sprinkle of Sabro). It pours with a respectable opacity, and really jumps out of the glass with some creepy tropical aromatics.
We’re getting notes of island time gummy bears, ripe kiwi berries, juicy kumquats, cold mango nectar, and a plethora of miscellaneous citrus.
Deciduous - 5.4%
A beautiful little smoked lager that is really perfect for this cooler weather. We brewed this one with German pilsner and Munich malts and an appropriate heap of smoked barley. It was hopped with Tettnanger and Hersbrucker and fermented slowly and coldly.
We find notes of scratchy sweaters by the campfire, apples cooking, dried herbs hanging, pancakes with crispy edges, and a few peppercorns.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm. And the Conshohocken Market Saturday from 9-12.
Synthetic Breeze - 6.7% Hazy IPA.
We brewed this hazy brewski with barley and flaked oats, and hopped it with tons of Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Amarillo.
This one is a real tropical charger, with notes of pungent kumquats, guava soda, caramelized pineapple, vanilla pastry dough, white peach, and enough “hop” character to remind you it is an IPA afterall.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm. And the Conshohocken Market Saturday from 9-12.
Dance Money - 6.5% Stout.
We love our pale little lagers, our delicate saisons, and our light colored IPAs, but to be totally honest, the water here in Ambler seems perfect for these big roasty stouts. The hard water we have really accentuates the lovely chocolatey and roasted notes from the dark British malts we use. We brewed this one with a hearty mix of dark British malts and some malted oats, hopped it with Chinook and Columbus (one of our favourite old school combos), and fermented it with our trusty British ale yeast.
We taste rich notes of chocolate covered raisins, figs, plums, farm made chocolate milk, a whiff of orange, cold brew coffee, and some roasted chicory.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm. And the Conshohocken Market Saturday from 9-12.

Electric Rain - 4.3% Baby IPA.
A fun little hoppy bo brewed with wheat and barley, and generously hopped with Citra and Sabro.
We’re getting fresh fruity notes of homemade pineapple tepache, cold mango nectar, modern ma*****na, vanilla cream, and maybe an almond croissant.
The Mask of Everything - 7% West Coast IPA.
More like best coast IPA, this one is great! We brewed this with high quality German Pilsner malt and hopped it with tons of Mosaic, Cascade, and Columbus.
It has all the right notes: orange and grapefruit breakfast treatments, a young and sappy Douglas Fir, blueberry compote, pear-like fermentation flavors, and when the orchard stand at the farmers’ market is also selling baked goods.

Three new bottles! Some classics for you!
Moeder Seizoen - 6.5% Foeder Saison. An old F&M classic returns for a fresh debut in the Foeder. We mashed Pilsner malt from , hopped it with lots of noble European hops, and fermented it in an oak foeder with our Foraged Yeast and whatever wild microbes (brett and bacteria) that have taken up residence in the wood. We’ve lovingly referred to this one as Foeder Moeder, and now you can too!
This beer feels like a new incarnation of its old self, with huge notes of ripe ripe peach and apricot jumping out of the glass; it has a balanced acidity and oak character, with whiffs of salt spray, miscellaneous herbs, some Fruit-Roll-Ups, and the Saison Joie de Vivre.
Dry Hopped Moeder Seizoen - 6.5% Foeder Saison. We took a portion of Moeder Seizoen out of the foeder, and conditioned it on some Motueka and Saaz. There’s some really wild biotransformation that happens when mature funky barrel aged beer sits on fruity dry hops. The dry hop is giving notes of aromatic geranium, rose, and floral lime/citrus, layered on top of that big ripe peach/apricot note of the base Moeder Seizoen, with a fruity and funky dry tartness, and lots of good vibes.
Coolship 2022 - 4.5% We’re super psyched to release our 2022 batch of Coolship! This will be the 3rd vintage we’ve released so far. This one is tasting fabulous right now, with notes of funky nectarine, crystalized grapefruit, golden kiwis, barnyard lemonade, classic Brussels’ Brettanomyces, herbal aged hops, layers of funky depth, a pleasant acidity, and an ethereal yet lingering finish asking for another quick gulp.
Stone Flower - 4% Munich Pub Ale
A superb little Fall pubber. Brewing our Festbier really got us thinking about using more Munich malt as the colder months begin to roll in. We brewed this one with 100% Munich malt and hopped it with Fuggles and dash of Styrian Wolf.
This pub ale presents a gorgeous golden honey hue and wafts with a nose of freshly baked bread and candy. Beautiful notes of dark berry jams atop medium setting toast, dark chewy candies, and those classic British esters.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm.
Some details for our Oktoberfest this Saturday, September 28th, at the brewery. See you there!
It’s Back!
False Peak - 5.6% West Coast Pale Ale.
A lot of hoppy ales leave the malt character quietly in the background, but this one has some beautiful depth that really pops. We brewed this with barley, dark rye malt, and some crystal malt. It pours a lovely brick color with ample clarity. We excitedly hopped and dry hopped False Peak singularly with Cascade.
This beer can really make you feel good about yourself and it is sure to impress your friends. We’re getting notes of strawberry citrus jam, peeling oranges and the juice spraying you lightly, Boulder Colorado, dried fruit trail mix, resiny pine, old person candies, and just plain classy hoppy beer.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm.
Our Oktoberfest party is just under two weeks away, we can’t wait to hang with you all! Here is the lineup of bands for the day, the music starts around 12:20 and goes until around 6/7.
Under a New Sun - 5% Pale Ale.
Our market research department found that people respond well when we put the word “Sun” in a beer’s name, no matter how many times we do it; so here we go. We brewed this purpy with barley and oats; hopped with tons of Nelson Sauvin and Comet, and for a bit of a change, fermented it nice and cool with our Kolsch yeast.
The cooler fermentation temperature lends itself to a delicate fruit character of maybe some gentle Asian pears, allowing the malt and hop notes to shine forward with things like yellow kiwis, lemon sparkling water, medium rare white toast, and white grape juice. A solid crusher.
We will be at the Rittenhouse Market this Saturday from 9-2pm. And we will be at the Conshohocken Market from 9-12.
