Energy is intense. Pretty much everywhere we turn.

The lesson continues to be over and over and over again….surrender and surrender some more.

Pause. Feel. Reflect. React. Repeat.

The tides are changing.

Certain chapters and old stories are ending.

The time to celebrate our growth and mourn the losses.

The duality of life can exist.

We are allowed to feel pain and joy.

Lean into moments that fill you. Right here, right now.

And trust. Trust your time is coming. It’s already here.

“An opportunity to be the new keeper to this rare, one-of-a-kind sound healing Monochord table. This table was handmade with solid Cherry wood & consists of dozens of strings professionally tuned recently to one note (F) for the Heart. This table will make a unique and sought-out addition to your Sound Healing practice as it is can be utilized for sound baths as well as 1:1 immersive sessions.
This can be played like a harp by standing to the side or sitting on a bench to be strummed from underneath. This table’s creation was inspired from the sound healing traditions of Fabian Maman as part of his Tama-Do Academy of Sound, Color, and Movement Therapy for the purposes of assisting in the previous owner’s healing from cancer. Although no connection persists with the Tama-Do Academy to this day, this is such a unique piece that can inspire an adventure to learn more about the “secrets” of the Monochord Table & its coveted applications through other groups who use these.”

If you’ve been following along with me the past 6 months, year, few years...you know I’ve been moving through lots of transitions.

Last Spring, I planted intentions of leaving Boston and moving further north.

Last Summer, I made the decision to leave Boston. To sell my condo and move further north.

Last Fall, I accepted the “in-between” of living between my parents and my boyfriend’s home until I found the home up north.

I had a written plan of what I would do. And I was trusting it would all work out.

Well, this past Winter, I’ve felt like a failure.

The next step north just didn’t feel right...yet.

I was in a deep, dark place.

Feeling the disappointment of not doing what I said I was going to do.

Being met with “meh” instead of “f*ck yes” energy.

Then...with surrender and sitting with the darkness, it all made sense.

All is unfolding as it divinely should.

I am meant to embrace this chapter.

This chapter is about learning, growing with my partner, taking care of MYSELF, doing what feels right and continuing to share what I love.

So...

Sox and I moved in with my boyfriend and I started calling in a space to share my magic.

It had to feel right. It had to align. It would come when it was meant to.

And of course, as the universe would have it...

My shift in energy in trusting, opened the door.

Next month, I will be moving my sound babies to The Estuary Collective in Essex, MA.

As my partner and I continue to grow, we will embrace this next chapter together.

The dream of living in the woods is not gone, just marinating on the back burner.

So, if things haven’t exactly lined up how you anticipated, hoped or dreamed...know that it’s ok.

And trust that the universe might have other plans for you.

“It’s all working out for me”
