We celebrate German Mardi Gras or as known in Europe and Germany as Karneval / Fasnacht / Fasching We currently have 60 active members. Visitors are welcome.
The Anaheim Karnevalsgesellschaft is a club dedicated to the planning and celebration of traditional German Karneval. Karneval is nicknamed “The 5th Season” and starts on 11.11 at 11:11am and lasts until Ash Wednesday. It traditionally represents the last opportunity for excess and fun, or the overturning of daily life, before the restraint of Lent begins. The height of the season is in February a

IMPORTANT GAMGA 2025 DATE ANNOUNCEMENT!
From the GAMGA Board:
GAMGA GALA will take place at the Tuscany, on January 24-25, 2025.
Unfortunately, we were informed by the hotel, that the Martin Luther King weekend would not be available for us anymore, since it collides with large(r) bookings related to the CES Show.
The GAMGA board unanimously decided to choose the above, available weekend and stay with the Tuscany.
We hope and expect that many of you will come back to the 39. GAMGA GALA and have a lot of fun.
More details will be announced later this year.
