Iowa Elite Force is expanding our softball family from 16 to 22 teams for the 2024-25 season. Come join the fastest growing competitive non-profit softball program in Iowa 🙌🏻

We are looking for players born in 2006-2018 that are competitive and coachable to fill our rosters. We focus on building your athlete as a competitive softball player with an experienced and dedicated coaching staff but also enjoy team bonding and fun off the field. Force is the only program in Central Iowa that does not feed into one specific school and has their own 6 field softball complex and 7400sf indoor facility to call home.

Iowa Elite Force will be having tryouts this month for 4 NEW TEAMS and to fill some roster spots we didn’t find a perfect fit for from tryouts this fall!

-16A Freerksen: Currently rostered at 10 and would like to add 1 more competitive pitcher.

-15U Mitchell: Currently rostered at 10 and would like to add 1 catcher. Plays 16B every weekend.

-14A Howell: Currently rostered at 9 and can add 2-3 players. Looking for competitive players ready to be challenged. Played up to and won against 18A teams locally and is moving to a more regional schedule for more of a challenge. Private tryouts available upon request for confidentiality.

-14B Davidson: Looking for a pitcher and 1 other player. Placed 3rd in 14B State out of 20 teams.

-14B Robbins: looking for a pitcher and 2 other players. Placed 1st in the 14B Pumpkin Smash tournament out of 20 teams. Played a lot of PG tournaments this fall.

-13B Paulsen: Looking for a pitcher. Currently rostered at 9. Fun group of girls and coaches!

-13B Bower: Looking for a pitcher due to an injury and a SS/MIF. Currently rostered at 10 with an injured player. Lots of growth for this team and team bonding.

-11U: Looking to add a Pitcher to our current 11U team. Has been playing up to 12U also this fall!

Iowa Elite Force is the fastest growing competitive program in Iowa. We have grown from 2 to 16 teams in just over 3 years. IEF currently has a 6 field home complex on the east side of Polk County (Force 515 Softball Fields: 411 SE 36th Street, Des Moines) and a 7400sf indoor facility (Force 515 Fieldhouse: 770 SE Creekview Dr, Ankeny). Iowa Elite Force is a 100% non-profit program with over 175 players from 6 to 16 years old!
