Back in 2018, I shared this Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe with Olive Oil. Conventional salad dressings are loaded with unhealthy carbs but this vinaigrette is made with wholesome high-quality ingredients. This keto salad dressing is simple to make with just a handful of ingredients. You’ll need balsamic vinegar, garlic, Dijon mustard, and Olive Oil.

We were taught that in order to eat healthy we need to worship (or hate) calories . Measuring ever Kjoules we eat and we spend!
I personally do not care for calories, they tell me NOTHING about your health, the quality of the food or the nutrients you are getting!
Here is a perfect example of similar food, same calories, same serving but different fuel!

CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE ❤️ These are perfect for Valentine’s Day! they are super easy and quick to make for a last-minute dessert!
❤️
CRUST
* 1 1/14 cup almond flour
* 1/2 cup confectioner’s Swerve
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1/4 cup butter, melted
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* pinch of salt

FILLINGS
* 16 oz room temp cream cheese
* 1 1/4 cup confectioner’s swerve
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
❤️
STRAWBERRY TOPPING
* 1 cup fresh strawberries
* 1 cup confectioner’s swerve
* 2 tsp lemon juice
❤️
METHOD
* Preheat oven to 300°F
* Make crust : mix all dry ingredients then add in the wet ingredients. Mix wel until well incoporated. Pan spray heart shaped molds and place spoonful scoop of the batter into the molds. Press down the crust. Bake 13 minutes.
* Make filling: Mix cream cheese with sugar until combiner. Add in lemon juice, vanilla and one egg. Mix well until thick and creamy.
* Make topping: Place strawberries in a small pot. Add sugar and let it simmer over medium low heat while stirring occasionally. You can break up the strawberries while mixing. I like strawberry chunks in my filling!
* Once crust is done baking, let cool 10mins. Pour cream cheese filling (about 2 spoonfuls) ontop of the crusts. Place a dollop of the strawberry and with a toothpick swirl it around.
* Heat oven to 350°F. Let bake about 35 minutes & until baked on top and a little jiggly in the center.
* Remove & let set in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight. Serve with some whip cream & fresh strawberries!
