Due to inclement weather, Celina’s March Friday Market has been cancelled. We’ll see everyone in April.

The City of Celina has made the decision to cancel Friday Night Market for March 11 due to incoming inclement weather. We have been actively monitoring the weather this week, and we are concerned for the safety of our vendors, attendees, and staff due to the potential winter conditions. We apologize to those who were looking forward to coming to the event, and we look forward to having everyone out at our next Friday Night Market on April 8.

Hey friends of Crooked Creek Honey Farm... We are growing our apiary and we are seeking new locations (Bee Yards) with wildflowers to increase our honey production. We're trying to place our remaining hives now. If you have land in the designated zip codes (75069; 75407; 75409; 75423; 75424; 75442; 75452; 75454; 75495) and would like to host 16 - 24 of our bee hives or perhaps you are seeking an agriculture exemption source, please contact us to discuss. See the list below of the site criteria:

Flat / Relatively Flat land
Full Sun
24 Hour access via all weather road
Room for a flat bed truck and 20' trailer to turn around
Plentiful wildflowers within a 2 mile radius
Water source nearby (pond or creek)

We try to visit our hives once every other week during the nectar flow. We move bees at night when all the bees are in the hive. We always notify land owners when we will be working or moving our hives.
