Thanks to the students who brought in friends for Bring A Friend day. It was a great turnout and fun for staff to work with them!

Let’s kick off this summer - Apple Valley NK is hosting Bring a Friend Day on Tuesday, May 28th and Wednesday, May 29th! Bring your friend to your karate class with you and show off some of your cool moves 🥋 We’ll focus on basics to teach your friends some punches and kicks and before moving into jump kicks for some extra fun!

All students can bring as many friends as they like - each friend must have a parent sign a waiver before they can attend the class!

For all friends brought on May 28-29th, we’re offering a special introductory program for $19.95! That includes a uniform and two weeks worth of karate.
