Our counselor, Lori, and her intern, Tia, are going to be running another group for "Navigating Your Teen Years." This time they're looking for clients in the range of 10 to 13 years old.

We will be beginning this group on July 10th from 4pm-6pm and it will run weekly through September 11th. We may adjust the time of group once school starts so that we can accommodate everyone's schedules.

This group will focus on topics such as ✨ self-care strategies, ❤️ healthy relationships, and 🫧 emotion regulation.

We ask for $50/session or to bill through insurance. Please reach out to us with any questions, or to be added to the list! 📞

Continuing with our "Meet our Speaker" posts. We are so excited to congratulate two of our members for their recent graduation from the Prometheus Homeopathic Institute! They put in countless hours and sacrifice to meet the requirements for this profession and we are so pleased to welcome them as colleagues!

Teen Group Starting- January 23rd, 2024

Reflection is starting a new group, “Navigating Your Teen Years”, dedicated to 12-15 year olds. This is a wellness group striving to help teens who struggle with depression, anxiety, social connection, and feeling of belonging.

Group sessions start on January 23rd, 2024 and will run for 8 weeks on Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:30pm at 1620 S. Lawe St., Suite 1, Appleton, WI 54195.

Group cost will be $50/session. We do accept most major insurances and self-pay options. Please sign your child/student up by January 16th, 2024.
