-You are a more powerful buyer in this sellers market. Know what you qualify for so you are able to look at homes in your price range. Real Estate Agents will take your offer more seriously when reviewing offers.

-Save yourself some time, with limited inventory some homes are pending the same day they hit the market with multiple offers. Make sure you are ready. Work with a lender you can trust and communicates well.
