June has been full of activities. We are looking forward to July. Check out the dates for the rest of the summer. Reminder…there is no GaGa and games tomorrow. The next one will be July 11.

Our Spiritual Formation Ministry is sponsoring another "Christian History Tour" of Rome in 2025. You're invited to join us February 2-8, 2025, on a journey through time led by our Pastor, Dennis Wiles.

We'll visit the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine Hill, St. Paul Outside the Wall, Catacombs, Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica, and much more. You'll enjoy site-seeing, food and fun as you gain a new perspective on how the Christian faith emerged within the vast Roman Empire.

Join us this week for some summer fun! Gaga and Games is Thursday from 10:00am-12:00pm in the 6th grade room. Then on Friday night join us for Movie Night. FREE concessions open at 6:30 and movies start at 7:00. Choose between Aladdin or Inside Out. Check out our events page for more summer activities. fbca.org/events.

Campers and families join us at the Connect Camp party. It is tomorrow from 9:00 am - 9:45 am in the 6th grade room. We will watch the camp video and have a chance to share a favorite camp activity. There will also be one last guessing game. DON'T FORGET TO WEAR YOUR T-SHIRT! See you tomorrow.

Connect Camp 2024 - We have theme days if you want to participate - Don't forget your school spirit shirt and your tie-dye or camo shirt.

Connect Camp is almost two weeks away. Check out our webpage for talent show information. You will also find the Camper Packet there. It has all of the information about camp. Saturday, May 4 - May 5.

All the fun starts Saturday evening at 6:30 in Fellowship Hall. Dinner will be served. Bring your sleeping bags and air mattresses. Bring a tent if you want to. Everyone will be sleeping inside. You may also want to bring ear plugs, just in case. Showers will be available, but you will need to bring your own towel. We will have breakfast Sunday morning . Everyone will receive t-shirts that you can wear to church.

Join us this Friday for Game Night from 6:30-9:00 in our 6th grade room. There will be something for every age. We will have a toddler room, card and board game rooms, the game room will be open, and the GaGa pit will be up. The FREE concession stand will be open with hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, Frito pie, candy, and sodas. It's always a fun time.

Jacob T. Is our winner today. 1,477 jelly beans in the container and Jacob guessed 1,479. Way to go Jacob!!

He is Risen!

Children's Camp is now Connect Camp. Connect Camp is May 30-June 3. It is for children entering 4th through 7th grades in the fall. Camp is an opportunity to experience the beauty of God's creation at Riverbend Retreat Center in Glen Rose. Trained Camp Counselors and staff will lead children in Bible study and worship each day. Every afternoon, campers will be able to do crafts, worship arts, the Lakefront, sports, zip line, hiking, rock creek, rock climbing, gaga ball, swimming, cooking, and fishing.
