A weapon light is a must for both concealed carry and duty carry. You must be able to positively ID a threat in low light and no light situations. Night sights are fine, but are no substitute for a light, since they only work properly in situations where there’s just enough light to see your threat clearly. I’d opt for blacked out sights and a weapon light any day of the week.
