What a weekend! The team traveled to Las Vegas to compete in Jiu-Jitsu Con and Master Worlds!! Kids, Juvenal, Adult & Masters students stepped onto the mats this weekend and we are proud of each one of them! There were seminars, shopping, cheering, lots of laughs and memories made. I love our team and how much they support and encourage each other no matter what!!

Hannah Boo had a great time at the ADCC Youth World Championship last week! She was one of the sixteen 13-14 year old girls invited to this inaugural event. They broke the 16 girls up by weight class as best as possible. Hannah ended up in the 53kg division with 3 other girls. She won the first and lost in the finals, but overall had an amazing experience! ADCC did an incredible job showcasing the youth talent at this event.

Took a small group to the IBJJF Dallas Open this weekend!!! We had kids, Adults & Masters compete! We are so proud of everyone that stepped out onto those mats this weekend. Hey everyone, don't forget that our new school year schedule goes into effect Monday 8/5! Be sure to check it out and mark your class times. We did add a brand new class on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:15pm - Junior Judokas (a new Judo class open to kids 9-15yrs). This class gives your kids the opportunity to train right after school lets out, and they will be able to finish early for the evening. It is also a great class for those brand new to the martial arts. Be sure to take advantage of this awesome opportunity for your kids! The link to the new schedule is posted below.

PanKids Day 3 - it was a great day! We got some good wins and made some great progress. We had one gold and one silver today!! 🥈🥇 So proud of all these kids. They have worked so hard & grown so much!!! Love our team!!!

PanKids Day 2 - Just had 1 competing today. Luke did great today, won his first match but lost his second. This was his first PanKids and he did amazing. Proud of you Luke!

Just a few shots from this weekend at the IBJJF Austin Open! Kids, Adults & Masters students competed this weekend - it was so fun to watch kids running from mat to mat to cheer for the parents on day one and then having parents running from mat to mat to cheer for the kids on day two!!! We are not just a gym we are a family!!!

3:45-5:00pm Nogi Comp. Class (Grey Belt +)
5:00-5:30pm Tiny Judokas (5-8yrs)
5:30-6:15pm Juniors Beginner Jiu-Jitsu (7-14yrs)
6:15-7:15pm Family Taekwondo (7yrs +)
7:15-8:15pm Adult Beginner Jiu-Jitsu (14yrs +)

No Comp Class at 4pm today! We will have Taekwondo and Judo though. See you all tonight!
