Your cell phone will play a loud alarm, but it’s just a test done by FEMA once every few years to ensure the system is working.

Great to bounce around the Capitol with a friend in town (courtesy of my buddy Rep. Eric Sorensen) — even got to go onto the floor of the House and shake hands w/ Speaker McCarthy who was in the building giving a tour himself.
